Hello, my name is Dr. Norbert Bajkó.
My term as deputy mayor is coming to an end, and while it has provided me with many interesting tasks, I am ready to explore new avenues.
Building on my previous work experience and the knowledge I have gained through my extensive training, I am looking for new challenges in my life with great ambition and enthusiasm. I would be happy to work full-time or part-time, if my vision meets the offer of any of the potential employers.
Over the past years, I have been at home in different areas of business and my experience and strategic thinking are well developed. This is an effective combination for managing well-executed projects, running a business or even building economic systems.
I believe that collaboration can be mutually beneficial and I look forward to the opportunity to demonstrate how I can contribute to the success of your business or project.

I am fluent in both English and German and have an exam in business management in both languages.
I have more than 20 years of experience in various industries, I have worked as a manager on various projects and I am still developing my skills. My expertise spans several areas, enabling me to achieve exceptional results. I have always strived to give the best of my knowledge and performance, regardless of the task life threw at me.
Challenges are there to teach us and reaffirm that anything is possible. That’s why I look for a purpose in my life and work that encourages me to keep learning and growing. In today’s world, you can’t sit back and wait for something to happen. You have to be persistent and strong in your will, and you have to fight for the goals you want to achieve. First comes the ability, then comes the opportunity, and if you are persistent enough, the achievement will come. I didn’t get a golden cage, privilege or an easy life. Life has taught me that you have to work hard and learn everything you can.

For me, the position of deputy mayor is not just an office, it is a vocation that I fulfil with passion and commitment. Every day I carry out a number of important tasks in the life of the municipality. I am involved in the governance and management of the municipality, helping the Mayor to develop strategies and development plans.
Head of the Munich branch of Confidence All Ltd. in Germany. The company carries out electrical installation work for which it has employed Hungarian workers in Germany. After the establishment of the branch, I was in charge of its economic, accounting, human resources and tax development. My contract was for a fixed term.
As a director of a Hungarian-owned family business, I helped to promote ROS technology in Hungary. After implementing a complete internal process management, the company was on a growth path. After the restructuring, the family business is now operating according to the processes I developed, which has resulted in linear growth in turnover and revenue.
I was a Recording Manager and then Head of Production at the Media Services Support and Asset Management Fund, the legal successor of Hungarian Television Ltd. My tasks included the preparation and implementation of the television coverage of several sports cups.
I work in the hospitality industry as a manager in my own business. I had to close the café-pizzeria I was running in the summer of 2004 because the owner of the property no longer rented it out.

In 2023, I obtained a doctorate degree in management and organisation at the MATE GSZDI. The European Union’s 7-year budget cycles are a constant challenge for people in the Member States. My research topic was the innovation development policy of the European Union with a special focus on direct funding and Hungarian micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. The allocation mechanism of the new EU budget ( 2021-27 ) includes significant changes in relation to firms, so my analysis has the unhidden aim of integration and helping to achieve development goals. My research topic was the innovation development policy of the European Union with a special focus on direct funding of SME’s in Hungary. After completing my doctoral studies, I intend to take up a new job where I can make use of my knowledge of the EU.
